I’m interested on your views on agave nectar.
i love coco puffs, but i when i want to tone it down ill go for the kashi brand some times even honey bunches…
be Careful with these little seeds they are Super high in PhytoEstrogens and too many estrogens can be a bad thing, especially with with all the plastics and chemical estrogens we get exposed to.
@MrAubery yes
I quit eating cereal because I get too hungry too quick after eating it.
Buying ground-up flaxseed is NOT good advice, because then the omega3s are already rancid. Also, Natalie fails to mention that the omega3 in flaxseed is just ALA, which is only a plant precursor of the anti-inflammatory omega3 EPA, with a conversion rate in the body of max. 10% (ALA->EPA), but can be as low as 0.2% (if you are deficient in vitamins and other substances that help conversion). So flaxseed is not really a substitute for eating EPA directly, as in fish oil.
Thanks a lot for your informative and inspiring videos. I really like your warm personality too
i used the oil in my smootie
So she’s saying that you can cook grounded flaxseed? Are omega-3-6 fatty acids thermally stable enough?
And one more thing. I heard that grounded flaxseed looses it’s nutritional value after a really short amount of time. If anyone knows to help me, I’d be grateful.
Cheers!
Thank you very much indeed for such an informative messages. I have been taking flex seed for some time now.
great video…I’ve been grinding up flax seed for about 5 years now.

I bought a bag of raw whole flaxseeds. If I chew them can I still get the health benefits? It says on the back you can eat them straight, but I want to make sure I’m getting the health benefits.
@neilhack10 Shut up bitch.
I usually soak my flax seed ( about 2 tea spoons) overnight and blend them up the next day morning along with some spinach and banana. Will the body be able to digest and absorb nutrients from soaked flax seeds ?
I make all my meals from scratch (mostly). Being vegan, it’s a necessity. Cereal;
Steel cut oats/quick oats, Soaked sunflower/pumpkin seeds, sea salt, cinnamon, Jamaican allspice, shredded coconut, soaked flax seed, nuts (variety, raisins, agave nectar, sliced bananas, fresh pomegranate, blueberries (fruits depend on season), coconut/almond milk.
fibre 1, all bran, miniwheats and something new called wheatabix yeah i eat healthy i also use kefir milk with a little bit of cocoa soymilk mixed with my cereal

I eat RAW wheat germ and I want to get Organic Alpen cereal with NO added sugar this week . I am going to put the RAW wheatgerm in this cereal. I can’t eat raw wheatgerm month after month alone. I do eat it alone though since it is great for you. I put goji berries, sesame seeds and flaxseed in my cereal.
